Throughout my career, Jared has built his reputation by providing exceptional service to yacht owners, captains, marinas, shipyards, and marine businesses across South Florida and beyond.

As the founder of a successful yacht management company, Jared oversaw the management, maintenance, servicing, and operation of hundreds of luxury yachts for high-net-worth individuals. From coordinating complex projects and maintenance schedules to building trusted relationships with owners and industry professionals, He gained firsthand experience with the challenges businesses face when it comes to finding reliable talent.

Over the years, he has recruited, hired, trained, and managed employees across a wide range of positions, including technical, operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
